Founder & CEO
Vincent Wong
Founder & CEO
Graduated in 2012 from Sunway University with a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Accounting & Finance, he began his career as an External Auditor with Grant Thornton before moving into financial advisory as a Wealth Planner with Prudential, and later serving as an Estate Planner with Tokio Marine and RHB. In 2016, he transitioned into the property industry and rose to become a Nationwide Property Leader, overseeing markets across Kuala Lumpur, Melaka, Penang, and Johor. From 2022 to 2024, he held multiple leadership roles at RTS Property and Smart Project Marketing (SPM), driving business development, sales performance, and strategic project marketing initiatives.
In 2025, he founded Vision Group Estate Sdn Bhd and currently serves as Founder & CEO, acting as the Exclusive Marketing Agency for Kueen Lai Group Development, managing over RM3 billion worth of projects exclusively. The name "Vision" reflects his attitude of continuously observing market trends and forecasting future demand, with a strong focus on long-term growth and potential. He believes that in order to achieve breakthroughs, one must keep growing and constantly challenge new boundaries, expanding across residential, commercial, and industrial developments to drive sustainable success.
